Aristocrat Technologies Australia P/L, a world leader in gaming content and technology, is seeking a talented Gaming Innovation Specialist to create innovative gaming experiences. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with experienced professionals on cutting-edge projects that push gaming technology boundaries.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new game concepts for various global markets.
  • Perform mathematical calculations for assigned games, including return to player percentages, hit frequencies, standard deviations, and other metrics.
  • Develop code to implement game concepts, verify mathematical calculations, and obtain important data and statistics.
  • Produce technical documentation for game development and testing.
  • Develop tools for mathematical calculations, documentation, and specifications.
  • Peer review of colleagues' calculations, code, and documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a game designer/developer working primarily on slots.
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong mathematical component and evidence of programming experience (C++ preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience developing game concepts, prototype game math, and simulating game software.
