Role Overview

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a talented High-Impact Casino Game Developer to join our global team. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality casino games that meet the expectations of our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Game Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative game concepts and designs that cater to various global markets.
  • Mathematical Modeling: Develop and refine mathematical models for gameplay elements, ensuring accuracy in payouts, bonuses, and game mechanics by simulating user interactions and outcomes.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize data analytics and statistical methods to identify gameplay patterns and player behavior, leveraging insights to optimize game performance and player engagement.
  • Algorithm Design and Implementation: Design and implement algorithms to simulate game mechanics, ensuring they align with user expectations and market regulations.
  • Technical Documentation: Produce technical documentation to aid in the development and testing of new games, as well as regulatory documentation required by applicable markets.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience as a game designer or mathematician working primarily on slot games.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) with a strong mathematical component and evidence of programming experience (C++ preferred).
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well in a team environment.
