Job Description

As a Senior Energy Resources Engineer, you will play a key role in leading engineering and analysis to define technical requirements for distributed energy resources (DER). You will work alongside a talented team at the forefront of the energy industry's transformation, delivering leading-edge projects and initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with industry to develop solutions that support a power system with high levels of DER. You will also lead projects to address power system challenges from increasing DER, including standards, compliance, and evolving behaviours.

Additionally, you will drive collaboration and stakeholder engagement, providing strategic advice to support an integrated approach. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to develop company positions on technical requirements and prepare reports, recommendations, and presentations that translate complex technical issues for executives, boards, and external stakeholders.
