About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Receptionist. As part of our dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the guest experience to new heights.

  • You must possess a keen eye for detail and proficiency in computer skills, with knowledge of Opera PMS being a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with Cairns and the surrounding region is essential, as is your ability to work across a 7-day roster that may include evenings and nights.
  • A driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service is required, along with a 'can-do' approach to duties.
