Job Opportunity: Hospitality Professional

  • As a key member of our team, you will oversee housekeeping activities, including rooms and common areas, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff members.
  • In addition to your primary duties, you may also assist with kitchenhand and cleaning responsibilities, as well as provide excellent customer service and handle guest queries and lost and found items.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role is required, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills are essential, enabling you to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • You must be able to handle changing dynamics and work autonomously, making sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Prior experience in an office, station, or hospitality environment is beneficial, providing you with a solid foundation in customer service and team collaboration.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are critical, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Strong communication and time management skills are essential, allowing you to prioritize tasks and manage your workload effectively.
