We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients.

Care and Support:

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in line with their individual care plans.
  • Assist clients to develop skills that promote independence.
  • Attend to clients' personal care needs, including showering, dressing, and other daily activities.
  • Assist clients with medication requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work collaboratively as part of the care team to provide holistic care to clients.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement strategies to minimize risks.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and care provided.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • A current Police Screening Certificate.
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card).
  • A Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance.
  • A current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
