Director of Sales, HR, Finance & Business Operations

A highly experienced and skilled professional is sought after to lead a project focused on implementing SAP SuccessFactors. As the business continues to evolve and grow, it is essential to have an effective Human Resources Information System (HRIS) in place to support the company's broader goals.

This role involves optimising and implementing SAP SuccessFactors across all HR modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the project from initiation to completion, collaborating closely with HR, IT, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team to implement SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Work closely with the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of the system.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all system-related inquiries, providing expert support to end-users.
  • Update user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system documentation to reflect best practices.
  • Actively contribute to change management efforts, including the creation of training materials and communication plans.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve post-launch issues to ensure smooth system operation.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience supporting and administering SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong understanding of core HR processes and employment legislation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical systems to both technical and non-technical users.
