Job Summary:

As a seasoned retail leader, you will be responsible for driving store performance through sales, profit, and growth. Your expertise in managing and developing frontline teams will be essential in upholding great service and presentation.

You will oversee the training and development of your team, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The health and safety of all Team Members and customers are paramount, and you will ensure that these are met at all times.

Furthermore, you will manage the financial performance of the store, making informed decisions to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive store performance to achieve targets while controlling costs and losses.
  2. Contribute to all aspects of the store, including serving customers and maintaining a well-organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in Retail management and people leadership.
  • An advocate for delivering customer and service excellence.
  • Results-oriented with passion and energy to inspire your team.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.
