Operations Readiness Engineer - Upstream Development

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Readiness Engineer to join our team in Perth. The successful candidate will support integrated asset readiness planning throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to enable safe and efficient operations.

Job Description:

This role is focused on delivering FEED entry strategies for subsea and FPSO scopes and providing detailed input into the FEED Invitation to Tender (ITT) packages.

  • Support delivery of operations readiness activities for the Browse Upstream development.
  • Develop and implement FEED entry strategies for subsea and FPSO scopes.
  • Contribute operational input into FEED ITTs to ensure readiness and alignment.
  • Engage closely with engineering, corporate, and contracting & procurement teams to ensure operational considerations are embedded early.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years' multidisciplinary experience within the oil and gas sector.
  • Proven experience in Maintenance, Operations, and Subsea Engineering.
  • Proficient in digital, data, and IT systems relevant to asset operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
