Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and design scalable ARCS solutions to streamline account reconciliation processes.
  • Lead end-to-end implementations of ARCS ensuring alignment with client business requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams to optimise reconciliation workflows.
  • Provide technical leadership in ARCS configuration, automation and integration with other Oracle EPM tools.
  • Define and deliver best-fit architectural solutions for new initiatives and ongoing enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and industry best practices.
  • Drive innovation through proof-of-concept developments for new features and integrations.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in ARCS and related EPM solutions.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions with a focus on ARCS and FCCS.
  • Proven expertise in solution architecture, system integration and automation within financial close and reconciliation.
  • Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes and hands-on proficiency in Oracle FCCS, HFM and related applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable reconciliation solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or a related discipline.
