About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at KinCare, providing essential support to our elderly clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Domestic Assistance: Assist clients with cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Social Support: Provide companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily activities to promote social interaction and independence.
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Transportation: Transport clients to appointments, social events, and other activities.
  • Admin Support: Assist with light administrative tasks, such as managing client records and communicating with family members.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A current P1 class Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and a caring and empathetic demeanor.
  • Availability: Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
