Work with our team in Hobart as a supervisor, leading and guiding a group of experienced warehouse members to ensure timely deliveries to customers. You will be responsible for supervising daily operations, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and risk management, and ensuring the continuous evolution of safety standards. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and mentor your team, developing their skills and knowledge. As a safety-focused leader, you must be able to motivate and build high-performing teams, with experience working within an operations, warehousing or logistics environment. You should be able to translate business objectives into clear actions and outcomes for your team, and be committed to the safety and wellbeing of yourself and others.What You'll Do:
  • Lead and supervise the warehouse team to ensure on-time and safe deliveries to customers
  • Support and assist the team with daily operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and mitigate risk
  • Evaluate and implement strategies to continuously improve safety standards
  • Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and build high-performing teams
  • Experience working within an operations, warehousing or logistics environment
