Job Overview

A global company with a diverse workforce of 16,500 employees is seeking an experienced leader to manage its warehouse operations.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of your team as well as identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise warehouse operations to ensure timely and safe delivery of products
  • Support and assist your team with daily operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and mitigate risk
  • Ensure safety standards are continuously evolving and champion change when risks and opportunities are identified
  • Grow and mentor your team to consistently develop and grow
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and build high-performing teams
  • Experience working within an operations, warehousing or logistics environment
  • Ability to translate business objectives to clear actions and outcomes for your team
