Community Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to support our residents and foster a welcoming community.

About the Position:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm welcome for residents and guests.
  • Manage communications and assist with resident move-in processes.
  • Coordinate community events and social activities that promote connection and well-being.
  • Assist the Village Manager with administrative tasks and provide general support.

Key Requirements:

  • A strong passion for community engagement and service.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with SharePoint and Dynamics 365 an advantage.
