Job Description

This role is ideal for a highly organized and communicative individual who can provide excellent customer service and support to residents. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our community, fostering a welcoming environment for all.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Offer a warm welcome to residents and visitors.
  • Manage communications and support resident onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate community events and social activities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for service and community engagement.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint & D365 desirable but not essential).
  • Discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Availability to work Fridays and flexibility to take on occasional extra days as required.
