
Inventory Control Specialist

The Inventory Management Professional plays a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal levels of stock are maintained to meet customer demand.
This position involves driving scheduled cycle counts, utilizing data and reports to support operational duties, consistently monitoring and investigating negative stock levels, and implementing a continuous improvement mentality through coaching and partnership with senior management, supply chain, and planning teams.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will have prior retail inventory management experience, proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint & SAP, and a suitable level of physical fitness.
The successful Inventory Management Professional will play a key role in maintaining a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and empowered to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.
