- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain client relationships, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and communication.
- Valid manual Australian driver's license.
- Ability to work independently to achieve set targets and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Confident use of mobile phone service apps and tablets.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
