Store Manager Job Description

The role of Store Manager is pivotal in driving centre performance and delivering excellent customer service. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of 1-2 Store Consultants, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing support and feedback.
  • Ensuring operational excellence, managing centre presentation, maintenance, general administration duties, security, access control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Providing weekly and monthly reporting on the centre's financial performance to the Operations Manager.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with company values and fosters teamwork, care, and excellence.

Requirements for this role include 1+ years' experience in a management or team leader position in a high-volume setting, strong conflict resolution skills, and the ability to de-escalate situations. Additionally, candidates should possess proven ability in working towards sales targets and KPIs, effective communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Benefits of this role include a permanent position with an industry leader, structured training, and on-site car parking. A driver's license and car are required, while a forklift license is preferred. The ability to work on a rotating roster, including every second Saturday from 9:00am-2:00pm, is essential.
