About the Role:- We are seeking a highly skilled physiotherapist to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and provide therapeutic interventions based on patient goals.
- Clinical physiotherapy assessments of patients' physical abilities and goals using various formal and informal assessments will be conducted by you.
- You will communicate with patients' family, carers, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- As a consultative physiotherapist, you will provide services regarding physiotherapy to other team members, disciplines, and agencies.
- You will participate in interdisciplinary clinical and planning activities to enhance the overall service provided to patients.
- You will devise therapy programs and supervise Therapy Assistants in their implementation of these.
- Ability to assess and provide appropriate physio-therapeutic management to patients with increasing levels of complexity is essential.
- Experience as a clinician in assessing and providing high-quality rehabilitation to clients with various conditions requiring a rehabilitative approach is required.
- High levels of responsibility and organisational skills, including prioritising work, meeting deadlines, delegating appropriately, and supervising students and allied health assistants are necessary.
- Maintaining high standards of physiotherapy and establishing effective relationships with clients, professional staff, and community agencies is crucial.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, counselling, and problem-solving skills to communicate effectively with clients, professional staff, and community agencies are needed.
