Main Responsibilities:

  • Retail sales management
  • Wholesale food services coordination

Requirements:

  • Trade Qualification (Cert III Meat Processing - Retail Butcher)
  • 2+ years' experience in retail environments
  • Creativity in developing value-added products
  • Team leadership and development skills
  • Exceptional customer service expertise
  • Organizational skills to manage all aspects of the role
