Job Title: Visionary Planner

Job Description

The Visionary Planner will dive into current culture, media, and people trends to identify unique opportunities for clients. They will facilitate internal brainstorming sessions and translate insights into innovative concepts.

  • Dive into current culture, media, and people trends to identify unique opportunities for clients
  • Facilitate internal brainstorming sessions and translate insights into innovative concepts
  • Develop thought-provoking ideas, territories, and propositions
  • Collaborate with a team of strategists to inform, define, and inspire campaign creative and direction
  • Pitch new creative routes and campaign ideas, presenting a robust narrative to articulate and sell why an idea works
  • Work with key stakeholders across the brand studio team and wider business to ensure ideas are on-brand and commercially viable

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a similar role, be innately curious, open to learning, and possess keen attention to detail. They will also have strong organisational skills, be able to distil complex challenges into simple ideas, and be experienced in connecting ideas across media.
