Are you passionate about supply chain management and looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Supply Chain Planner to oversee the optimal supply and inventory of our diverse Consumer Health product portfolio across the vibrant markets of Australia and New Zealand

In this pivotal role, you will take complete ownership of supply performance metrics, including Casefill, Customer DIFOT, inventory management, and product aging. You will be the primary point of contact for our Commercial teams, collaborating closely with Category Squads to support innovative projects and site transfers.

**Do something that moves you.**
- Take ownership of all supplier relationships, including internal supplies, Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs), and manage repackaging operations as necessary.
- Actively participate in the S&OP process, providing critical supply updates and inputs that contribute to strategic planning and ensure alignment with operational goals. Engage cross-functionally to forecast demand, manage supply constraints, and facilitate seamless communication across departments.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize costs and prevent stock shortages or oversupply.
- Ensure compliance with local and Bayer legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide weekly updates to the commercial team regarding supply challenges.
- Collaborate with planners and logistics teams to maintain a healthy supply chain.
- Support innovation planning through supply chain insights and manage related Master Data Management (MDM) activities.

**Does this sound like you?**
- We are looking for a proactive professional with:

- Bachelor's degree or higher education (preferred).
- Supply Chain qualification or diploma in a related field (essential).
- Over 3 years of experience in supply planning and inventory management.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP and SAP APO systems (essential).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of SAP Masterdata.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Skilled in effective stakeholder management and working in an Agile environment.
