You will work closely with our dedicated Care Coordination Team comprising trained nurses to ensure high-quality care for our clients.

To excel in this role, you must possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care, excellent communication and teamwork skills, flexibility, and adaptability. A minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability is required, along with a current driver's licence and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle.

Preferred Skills

A strong affinity for working with elderly and persons with a disability is highly desirable.
