About the Role
  • We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our Early Childhood Education program, implementing a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with national standards.
  • The successful applicant will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve strategic objectives, providing mentorship and support to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
  • A key aspect of this role is assessing children and evaluating learning, working closely with the Educational Leader and Team to inform teaching practices and drive student success.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with parents/families are essential, ensuring that we provide a supportive and inclusive environment for all.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and implementing engaging learning programs and environments that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • This position requires a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework, the Early Years Learning Framework, and the National Quality Standard (NQS) process, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality education within a legal and ethical framework.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrated passion for biblically-based Christian education and a thorough understanding of the aforementioned frameworks.

About You
  • A committed Christian with a deep desire to serve Jesus Christ as Lord.
  • Demonstrated passion for biblically-based Christian education.
  • A personal commitment to our organisation's ethos, Statement of Faith, and Vision, Mission and Values underpinning the delivery of Christian-based education to children.
  • Appropriate qualification in Early Childhood Education.
  • Understanding and knowledge of the standards set by the National Quality Framework, the Early Years Learning Framework.
