Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

This exciting opportunity is for an Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Elizabeth Vale, South Australia. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of children aged 0-5 years.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. You will be committed to delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development;
  • Developing and implementing engaging educational programs that align with the National Quality Standards;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences;
  • Providing individualised support and care to children, ensuring their unique needs are met;
  • Participating in regular professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education;

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willing to obtain within 6 months);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills;
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly;
