At our Investigations Division, we are seeking motivated professionals to conduct Workers Compensation or CTP investigations. The role involves conducting interviews and scene assessments, allowing for flexible work arrangements.

Job Role:
  • Attend upon employers, client sites, or accident locations within your region;
  • Interview key parties, collate evidence, perform scene inspections, and gather documents;
  • Produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
  • Maintain effective communication with our support team and clients as required;
Requirements:
  • A desire to obtain (or already have) your Certificate III in Investigations;
  • An Investigators Licence;
  • A current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
  • Experience in claims, insurance, legal, financial services, HR, or government;
  • A real interest in investigations & fraud;
  • Excellent written and verbal skills;
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally;
  • Self-motivation and ability to work within strict time frames;
