Insurance Claims Investigation Opportunities

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Claims Investigators.

About the Role:
  • Investigate insurance claims and gather evidence through interviews, scene assessments, and document collection.
  • Produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and clients.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Investigations or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle.
  • Experience in claims, insurance, legal, financial services, HR, or government backgrounds (advantageous).
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
