Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Vendor Replenishment Planners to ensure stock availability and manage inventory levels in line with customer expectations.">
  • Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams to support business growth and communicate customer needs to the broader Supply Chain team.">
  • Provide supply chain updates and risks to key stakeholders, analyze business forecasts and demand plans, and identify and manage risks.">
  • Deliver on agreed-upon commitments and address issues promptly.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Tertiary degree qualifications in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.">
  • Experience in Customer Supply Chain functions, particularly in FMCG Supply Chain or Sales functions.">
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to deal with difficult stakeholders and manage competing priorities.">
  • Superior analytical skills and a proven track record of coaching and managing a team.">
  • Self-motivation, a positive can-do attitude, and a continuous improvement mindset.">
