We are seeking an experienced Supply Planning Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the supply planning function, developing and implementing strategies to improve inventory management and reduce costs.

This is a critical role that requires a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably within a retail environment.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date supply plans to ensure optimal inventory levels and meet customer demands.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to negotiate prices and delivery terms.
  • Providing analysis and recommendations to senior leadership on supply chain operations and strategy.
