">We play a vital role in ensuring that ASD has equitable access to accommodation, enabling the expansion of capabilities and resilience across the nation. A key part of this work involves building and updating our understanding of ASD's strategic agenda, changes in our operating environment, and the unique needs of the workforce.
">With careful and considered planning, we draw on these insights to manage real estate, accommodation requests, movements of different teams, and facility asset allocation.
">Our primary responsibility is maintaining ASD's physical assets and facilities, enabling the workforce to conduct their work in an optimal setting. Our customers are at the heart of what we do.
">We endeavour to ensure our colleagues have the infrastructure and tools to drive high performance and promote wellbeing.
">Key Responsibilities- Accommodation Management: Accountable for organising workflow, making decisions within defined parameters, and seeking guidance when required.
- Facilities Services: On-site quality management of deliverables and services, ensuring facilities are being managed in accordance with agreements.
