About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our innovative AI robotics and navigation technology across land, air, sea, and space. As a Training Expert, you will be responsible for delivering in-person training programs to meet the needs of our support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and determine the training needs of all levels of our support team
  • Create, organise and deliver training programs to meet these needs
  • Test and certify training participants to ensure they meet required knowledge and skill level
  • Develop and maintain content in our Learning Management System (LMS) platform
  • Work closely with Sales, Product and Support teams to understand changing business needs and deliver appropriate timely training
  • Drive standards of capability within the support team
  • Onboard new support team members
Requirements:
  • Cert IV TAE (complete or in progress)
  • Previous experience training customer-facing teams
  • Technology industry expertise
  • Use of modern LMS platforms
  • Advanced training skills
  • High-level communications skills
  • Curriculum development
  • Content creation and delivery
  • Training needs analysis
  • Data analysis
  • Navigation technologies - land, air, and marine
