Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a commercial real estate agency in Adelaide, providing outstanding professional services in residential, commercial, and project sectors.

The role involves working closely across different business functions within the group, preparing financial reports for various stakeholders, and providing career exposure and advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and analysis reports to ensure accurate financial data and support informed decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing management accounting reports and financial control to maintain high standards of accuracy and transparency.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations for all company accounts to prevent discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Maintain trust accounts with a high standard of professionalism and assist in annual trust account audits to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.
  • Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets to align with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage Account Related Matters for Project Settlements efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Accounting degree or equivalent qualification to ensure strong foundational knowledge and skills.
  • Intermediate or advanced skills in Xero and Excel to optimize financial performance and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders, colleagues, and leadership teams.
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Minimum 1 year bookkeeping experience to demonstrate practical knowledge and application.
