Project Coordinator Role Overview

This position involves leading a team of professionals to achieve key project deliverables. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, coordination, or senior supervisory roles.


The successful candidate will possess relevant trade or engineering qualifications and a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing teams.


  • Technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and industrial construction projects is essential.
  • Proficiency in CMS documentation and experience in multidisciplinary project environments are also required.

The E&I Project Coordinator will be responsible for:


  • Sustaining high levels of HSE performance through effective leadership and best practices.
  • Conducting risk assessments and ensuring necessary controls, tools, and resources are available.
  • Tracking project progress against schedules and budgets.
  • Capturing variations and claims effectively.
  • Mentoring project leaders in technical and construction practices.
  • Estimating and managing minor projects and/or packages on major projects.
