About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Employment Coach to join our team at Workskil Australia Ltd. As an Employment Coach, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers to set and achieve their career goals while meeting the contractual requirements of an employment service provider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist diverse customers in overcoming personal and professional challenges to enhance their employability skills and confidence.
  • Deliver coaching to improve career planning and job application processes.
  • Prepare high-quality resumes, cover letters, and support job seekers in their application process.
  • Finding suitable employment opportunities for customers and advocating on their behalf.
  • Refer customers to internal and external support services for housing, mental health, and financial counseling.
  • Provide additional mentoring and support during the first six months of employment.
  • Document customer information and progress accurately within Workskil Australia and government systems.

You will be a great fit for the team if you have a passion for helping others and are self-motivated, inclusive, and open-minded. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, work independently and as part of a team, and achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs.
