Rural Products Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Support Officer Rural Products. This dynamic position involves providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and orders, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate product knowledge and quote and process customer orders in a timely manner
- Conduct daily banking, inventory purchasing, reconciling, receipting and reporting
- Ensure the presentation of the Rural Products store is organized and tidy
- Manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records
- You have previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in agricultural products
- You have demonstrated experience conducting administrative duties such as banking, processing and ordering
- You have a strong understanding of agricultural seasonal fluctuations, products and market trends
- You are proficient in using Microsoft suite and operating POS systems
