Therapy Services Director

We are seeking a strong leader to join our executive management team and support our multidisciplinary team of therapists.
As Therapy Services Director, you will be responsible for focusing on quality and strategic planning to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
You will receive ongoing mentoring, training, and support from our management team, including our CEO, Clinic Support Manager, Therapy Manager, and Strategy Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of therapists to achieve their career goals and develop in their skills
- Organising fun theme days with your team to bring everyone together regularly
- Attending conferences and building your team through recruitment and induction of new team members
