Cafe Team Member Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Team Member to join our team at Cafe Twenty Two in Mile End. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and provide exceptional customer service.

The Role Requires:

- Preparing and serving high-quality beverages
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service using POS systems
- Assisting with food preparation and presentation
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Adhering to standard cleanliness and hygiene procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role. Prior experience with coffee and food preparation is essential. However, we place a strong emphasis on hiring individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Training can be provided for the right candidate.

Work Arrangements:

The position is casual, with expected hours of 20-25 per week. Pay rates start at $32.13 per hour. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for daytime work in a busy cafe environment.
