About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of Psychosocial Service Delivery and Block Funded Programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Lifestyle Support Workers to deliver services tailored to consumer needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across clinical, community and primary health services.
- Represent us at local and regional network meetings, forums and events.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience leading teams, programs and services in mental health, disability or community services.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Demonstrated computer literacy and accuracy in record management.
- The ability to problem solve.
- The ability to follow policies and procedures at all times.
- The ability to work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and individuals.
- A permanent hourly rate of $44.58 + super.
