About Our Opportunity:

We are seeking top talent who embody a performance-based culture built on integrity, safety, inclusion, and results. You will join a cohort of like-minded individuals and be involved in four leadership and skill-building workshops, receive on-the-ground training, and have mentors assigned to provide ongoing support.

Requirements:

  • Graduated prior to the commencement of the program or no longer than 3 years ago with a Bachelor in Ag Science, Diploma in Agriculture, or a relevant field
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for agriculture
  • Showcase experience in agriculture-related work fields, customer service, problem solving, and leadership capabilities
