A successful Store Manager is a dynamic and results-driven professional who leads high-performing retail store teams to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth and Operational Efficiency: Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth, manage expenses, and improve operational efficiency through data analysis, customer feedback, and market trend monitoring.
  • Team Development and Management: Hire, train, and develop a diverse team of retail professionals, fostering a culture of inclusivity, respect, and teamwork by providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform decisions and optimize store performance, ensuring timely adjustments to meet business objectives.
  • Compliance and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, minimizing risks and hazards.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with regional managers, district managers, and other stakeholders to align store goals with company objectives, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and Management Experience: 1+ year experience in people management, including recruiting, hiring, and performance management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing budgets, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Business Acumen: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Retail Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management, enabling effective decision-making and strategic planning.
