Job Role

This role involves providing individual and family counselling services using flexible approaches.

Main Responsibilities
  • Clients will undergo assessments to determine the most effective therapeutic goals.
  • The counsellor will work in accordance with best practice models, maintaining a client load that meets organisational requirements.
  • Regular collaboration with team members is expected, including case discussions and contributing to shared objectives.
  • A high level of relationship building is necessary to achieve internal and external partnerships for the benefit of the organisation.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A relevant tertiary degree is required in a field such as Social Work or Behavioural Sciences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • The successful candidate should have experience in delivering evidence-based interventions.
  • A current driver's license and Working with Children Blue Card check are mandatory.
