Job Description

Lead Reservoir Management Specialist required to drive performance optimization across CSG assets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading reservoir characterisation, performance prediction & analysis, annual reserves, and development planning
  • Supporting drilling, production, and infrastructure investment decisions
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement in subsurface engineering activities
  • Serving as a technical authority for subsurface risk, ensuring integration across key teams
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering with a Master's degree highly desirable.

  • 15+ years of upstream experience, extensive exposure to CSG operations, and a deep understanding of reservoir behaviour, coal properties, and production performance
  • Professional Engineer (CPEng), RPEQ, or Qualified Reserves Evaluator preferred
