Geotechnical Engineer - Undergraduate Opportunity

The Hatch undergraduate program provides the opportunity to work on real projects and gain practical industry skills. As a member of our geotechnical team, you will contribute to civil engineering design expertise for our commodity-based business units and have the opportunity to work across mining, infrastructure, and energy.

Our capability spans throughout the whole project lifecycle, comprising scoping, conceptual design, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, basic and detailed engineering, construction, and project management.

The role involves collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to complete project deliverables for clients, developing mentoring relationships with experienced professionals and experts, working towards individual career goals, and continuously learning and developing through challenging work experiences and career pathways.

You will be working towards a Bachelor/Master's Degree in Civil Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering with a strong academic record. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as well as the ability to think laterally and innovatively to solve problems.
