  • Managing Relationships: Manage head-leased properties, maintaining strong relationships with real estate agents and owners.
  • Tenant Interactions: Coordinate tenant interactions from inquiry to exit, including rent collection and financial obligations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with support services to sustain tenancies and achieve program outcomes. Ensure proactive communication with tenants and neighbors to promote tenancy sustainment.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in Tenancy Management: Demonstrated experience in tenancy management, ideally within a supportive housing model.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Legislation: Excellent knowledge of Residential Tenancies legislation and dispute resolution techniques.
  • Ability to Work Effectively: Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes for tenants.
  • Technical Skills: Confidence in using tenancy management systems like Console Property and Tenancy Management.
  • Understanding of Chronic Homelessness: Understanding of chronic homelessness issues and the needs of vulnerable populations.
