This role presents the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the fight against climate change by installing solar panels in residential and commercial settings.

As a Trade Assistant/Solar Panel Installer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Installing solar panels to meet customer expectations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conducting site assessments to identify and mitigate risks before commencing work.
  • Developing plans to meet job targets within required timeframes.
  • Delivering exceptional service to customers and internal/external stakeholders.

We seek individuals with:

  • A valid South Australian light vehicle license.
  • Current White Card, Working at Heights, and Elevated Work Platform qualifications (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience installing solar panels is highly regarded.
  • A proactive approach to complete jobs with limited supervision.
  • The ability to manage tight deadlines and conflicting priorities.
