**About the Role**:
We're seeking a reliable and motivated **Trade Assistant** to support our solar installation projects. This role involves assisting electricians, moving and positioning solar panels, and ensuring worksite safety and efficiency. If you're eager to learn and contribute to a fast-growing industry, we'd love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist electricians with solar installations on residential and commercial properties.
- Safely move, lift, and position solar panels and related equipment.
- Prepare and maintain tools, equipment, and worksite areas.
- Follow instructions from team leaders and adhere to safety standards.
- Perform general laboring duties to support the installation process.

**Working Hours**:

- Typical hours are **7:00 AM - 3:00 PM**, but may vary depending on project requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy lifting.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of construction or electrical work is a plus.
- **Valid driver's license** and access to a vehicle.
- Full **rights to work in Australia.**:

- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- **White Card** and **Working at Heights Card** (or willingness to obtain them).
