We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee townhouse developments in the North Gold Coast/Brisbane areas.
The role involves ensuring all aspects of construction are compliant, overseeing trades, and coordinating developments within designated timeframes.

About the Role:
- Responsible for the overall completion of townhouse projects
- Oversee multiple trades to ensure quality construction
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to meet project timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in volume homes or townhouse projects
- Carpentry background
- Onsite coordination experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
