Townhouse Project Supervisor Opportunity

This is a dynamic construction role that involves working under a Senior Site Supervisor and Construction Manager to ensure the successful delivery of townhouse projects.

We are seeking an experienced Townhouse Project Supervisor who can oversee daily operations, manage subcontractors, safety, and quality. The ideal candidate will be able to schedule trades, plan timelines, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Coordinating deliveries and liaising with suppliers
  • Managing quality control and ensuring high-quality workmanship
  • Conducting inductions and toolbox meetings, and upholding OH&S standards
  • Collaborating with the Project Management Team
Key Requirements:
  • A QBCC Site Supervisor license
  • Specialized experience in Townhouse Project Supervision
  • Expertise in all construction stages, including base and slabs
  • A stable employment history and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
  • A strong understanding of OH&S procedures and ability to manage a Lead Hand
