Critical Care Nurse Float Position

As a PCU float nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various intensive care units within our hospital system. Your role will involve providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to adapt to changing situations, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Floating to different ICUs as needed, including potential assignments to other campuses
- Providing individualized care to patients with varying levels of acuity
- Working collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
To be considered for this position, you must have at least two years of experience as a registered nurse and hold current BLS/ACLS certification. Additionally, proficiency in Epic and IV start skills is required.
