We are seeking a skilled and dedicated nursing professional to provide high-quality patient care in our Non-Acute Medical Ward.

As a registered Enrolled Nurse, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare team members to deliver evidence-based patient-centred care. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments of patients
- Implementing planned nursing interventions within your scope of practice
- Acting as a patient advocate to ensure informed consent and safety
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients and staff
- Complying with infection control policies and practices
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Recent nursing experience in a hospital setting (at least 12 months post-graduate experience)
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work well autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
